1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer shipping across Malaysia via established courier services (PosLaju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, etc.):

3. ORDER SHIPMENT & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active on the courier portal within 24 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

World Shine Trading Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGES & LOST SHIPMENTS

World Shine Trading Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
